Welcometo Glammr — a marketplace that helps you discover and book last-minute beauty,hair, and wellness services at exclusive prices.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glammr mobile applications, website, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Glammr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

1. About Glammr and our Role

1.1 Glammr is a digital marketplace that connects customers (“you”) with independent salons, clinics, and beauty or wellness professionals (“Partners”) offering available appointment slots and services through the Platform.
1.2 Glammr does not own, operate, manage, or provide any of the services listed on the Platform. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the Partner that provides the service.
1.3 Glammr acts only as a facilitator and payment intermediary and is notresponsible for the delivery, quality, safety, or suitability of services provided by Partners.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform.
2.2 You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a booking and keep your account details secure.
2.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. Using the Platform and making bookings

3.1 Partners publish available services and appointment slots on the Platform.
3.2 You may browse, select, and book available services through the Platform.
3.3 A booking forms a binding agreement between you and the Partner at the time of reservation, subject to any applicable cancellation rights.
3.4 You must attend your appointment at the specified time and location and present your booking confirmation if requested.
3.5 You agree to comply with the Partner’s reasonable policies and house rules.

4. Cancellations, No Shows and Changes

4.1 You may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking or, if none are stated, Glammr’s default cancellation window (as shown in the App).
4.2 Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows) may result in loss of your payment and may affect your ability to use the Platform.
4.3 If a Partner cancels a booking, you will be offered a refund or credit.
4.4 Glammr may cancel a booking in limited circumstances (such as fraud, technical issues, or legal requirements).

5. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

5.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are set by Partners and may reflect discounted or promotional rates.
5.2 Glammr collects payments from you on behalf of the Partner using third-party payment providers.
5.3 Refunds will be issued where required by law, where a Partner cancels, or where a service is not delivered as agreed.
5.4 Refund requests must be submitted through the Platform within a reasonable time.

6. Service Quality and Complaints

6.1 Partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services.
6.2 If you have a complaint about a service, you should first contact the Partner. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact Glammr through the Platform and we will assist where reasonably possible.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform;
- Use the Platform for unlawful or abusive purposes;
- Harass, threaten, or harm Partners or other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Liability

9.1 Glammr is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of Partners.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, Glammr’s liability to you is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform belongs to Glammr or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. If you submit feedback, you grant Glammr a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or repeated breaches.

12. Legal

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12.2 We encourage disputes to be resolved informally first. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
