Welcome to Glammr — your gateway to booking beauty, hair, and wellness services at incredible value and convenience.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Glammr platform, including our mobile applications, website, and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using Glammr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1.1 Glammr’s mission is to help beauty and wellness businesses fill spare appointment capacity and to help consumers access last-minute deals on treatments they love. The Glammr mobile application enables users to find and reserve appointments with salons, spas, clinics, and other wellness providers (collectively, “Partners”) offering available slots that would otherwise go unused (each referred to as a “Last Minute Deal” or “Deal”).
1.2 Through the App, users (“you”, “your”) can reserve these services at a discounted price. Glammr acts as a digital marketplace, connecting users to Partners and allowing for reservation, payment, and coordination of services.
1.3 Glammr does not own, operate, or manage any salons or beauty providers and is not a party to the service contract between you and the Partner.
These Terms apply to all interactions with the Glammr Platform, whether you are:
- A Customer, seeking to book a service;
- A Beauty Business, offering services to the public;
- Or simply browsing or accessing our Platform.
Key Definitions:
“Glammr”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Glammr Pty Ltd.
“Platform” means the Glammr mobile app, website, or any digital interface provided by Glammr for discovering, booking, and managing beauty appointments.
“Customer” means a natural person who uses Glammr to browse, book, or purchase services.
“Beauty Business” means a third-party salon, spa, clinic, individual professional, or similar entity that offers services to Customers through Glammr.
“Services” means the beauty, hair, wellness or related services listed on Glammr by a Beauty Business.
“Booking” refers to a confirmed appointment made by a Customer through the Platform with a Beauty Business.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Glammr governing your access to and use of the Glammr platform, including our mobile application and website (the “Marketplace”). Additional terms may apply in specific situations (e.g., promotions, referral programs), and if so, they will form part of this agreement.
These Terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and your relationship with both Glammr and the Partners listed on the App. They also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Glammr’s mission is to help beauty and wellness businesses fill spare appointment capacity and to help consumers access last-minute deals on treatments they love. The Glammr mobile application enables users to find and reserve appointments with salons, spas, clinics, and other wellness providers (collectively, “Partners”) offering available slots that would otherwise go unused (each referred to as a “Last Minute Deal” or “Deal”).
To access Glammr’s services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
When using Glammr, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account or making a booking;
- Only use the Platform for lawful purposes;
- Not misuse the Platform by introducing viruses, attempting to access unauthorised systems, or disrupting the experience of other users.
You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you are a registered Beauty Business operating under a separate agreement with Glammr.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Glammr is a platform provider — we facilitate the connection between Customers and independent Beauty Businesses. When you make a booking on Glammr, you enter into a direct agreement with the Beauty Business that provides the service.
Glammr is not the provider of the beauty service and does not assume responsibility for:
- The quality or safety of the services rendered;
- The availability or punctuality of the provider;
- The accuracy of descriptions or images supplied by the Beauty Business.
We do, however, take steps to ensure Beauty Businesses comply with professional standards and maintain transparency in their listings.
When you book a service:
- You agree to the specific terms of that Booking (including time, price, location, and cancellation terms);
- You authorise Glammr to facilitate payment on behalf of the Beauty Business;
The Booking is binding, subject to applicable cancellation and rescheduling policies. If issues arise with your Booking, Glammr’s customer support team will assist where possible, but the responsibility for delivering the service remains with the Beauty Business.
3.1 Reserving a Last Minute Deal is easy:
- Partners publish discounted appointment slots on the App.
- You browse available Deals based on your preferences and location.
- You select and reserve a Deal through the App.
- You attend the Partner’s location at the scheduled time and receive the service.
3.2 You must register for a Glammr account to make reservations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and protecting your account credentials.
3.3 A reservation is an offer to secure a discounted appointment. The service agreement is concluded between you and the Partner at the time of attendance and completion of the appointment.
3.4 After reserving, you'll receive a confirmation via the App, which must be presented at the Partner's location.
3.5 You must arrive on time for your booked appointment. Failure to attend may result in a charge and could impact your ability to use Glammr in the future.
3.6 Cancellations:
By You: You may cancel within the App up until a defined cut-off time (typically a few hours prior to the appointment).
By the Partner: Partners may cancel due to staffing issues, changes in availability, or other circumstances. You will be notified and refunded.
By Glammr: We may cancel reservations for fraud, technical issues, or other necessary reasons.
4.1 Glammr is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services delivered by Partners. Partners are solely responsible for their offerings, including hygiene, licensing, qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws.
4.2 Before your appointment, you may request details about the treatment, including ingredients (e.g., in skin treatments), techniques, or risks. Glammr does not guarantee accuracy of descriptions provided in the App.
5.1 Deal prices reflect a discounted rate compared to the Partner’s regular pricing and include applicable local taxes (unless stated otherwise).
5.2 Glammr collects payment on behalf of the Partner via the App. All payment obligations are settled once the appointment is attended or the cut-off for cancellation passes.
5.3 You may be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee if you fail to attend or cancel too late.
5.4 All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. Glammr does not store card information directly.
5.5 Refunds may be issued for:
- Partner cancellations
- Valid complaints about service not received
Refunds must be requested within 30 days via the Help section in the App. Glammr is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any services delivered by Partners. Partners are solely responsible for their offerings, including hygiene, licensing, qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws.
If you have an issue with a service received, please initially contact your Service Provider. If the service provider is unable to help, contact us through the App. We will work with the Partner to investigate and resolve the matter. Deal prices reflect a discounted rate compared to the Partner’s regular pricing and include applicable local taxes (unless stated otherwise).
You must:
- Be respectful towards all salon staff and Glammr users.
- Only make reservations you intend to attend.
- Comply with all laws and applicable salon policies.
- Not misuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Not attempt to use Glammr as a competitor or for commercial research.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these responsibilities.
We value your privacy. Information about how we collect, store, and use your data is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.1 Glammr is not liable for:
- The quality or safety of any services received
- Personal injury, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with treatment
- Losses resulting from appointment delays, cancellations, or Partner conduct
9.2 Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for services through the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
Glammr content, branding, and software is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reuse, or republish any part of the App without our written permission.
If you submit feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly for abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated no-shows. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
12.2 Disputes should be resolved first through our support team. If necessary, disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
12.3 No class actions may be brought. Jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
