Referral Program Terms

Effective 5 Januaary 2026.

These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Glammr Salon Referral Program (“Program”) between Glammr Pty Ltd (“Glammr”, “we”, “us”) and any approved salon or beauty business partner (“you”, “Referral Partner”). 

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms in addition to the Glammr Marketplace Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Program

Glammr offers this Program to reward existing Salon Partners who introduce new beauty or wellness businesses to join the Glammr platform. 
The Program is intended to encourage high-quality referrals that help grow the Glammr marketplace.

2. How Referrals Work

2.1.  You may refer eligible beauty or wellness businesses (“Prospective Partner”) through the referral tools provided in your dashboard or through other methods approved by Glammr.
2.2  You may refer multiple businesses.
2.3.  Youmust only refer businesses that have consented to being contacted.

3. Eligible Referral Criteria

A Prospective Partner is eligible (“Eligible Partner”) only if all of the following apply:
- located in a country where Glammr operates not already listed or registered on Glammr
- not previously contacted or engaged by Glammr sales or onboarding
- not already referred by another partner
- completes onboarding and activates their account
- completes their first successful booking through the platform.
Glammr has sole discretion to determine eligibility.
No reward is payable for referrals that do not meet these criteria

4. Referral Reward

4.1.  For each Eligible Partner, you will receive a one-time referral reward (“ReferralCredit”).
4.2.  The applicable Referral Credit amount will be displayed in your dashboard or notified by Glammr.
4.3.  ReferralCredits are:
- not cash
· not transferable
· not withdrawable
· not refundable
4.4.  Referral Credits are applied automatically as a credit or offset against:
· PlatformContributions,
· Partner Access Contributions, or
· future payouts or balances owed to Glammr.
4.5.  Referral Credits may not be exchanged for money or paid out separately.

5. Timing of Credits

5.1.  Referral Credits are applied after the Eligible Partner completes their first successful booking.
5.2.  Credits may take up to 30–60 days to appear in your account to allow for cancellations, refunds, or fraud checks.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax obligationsarising from participation in the Program. Glammr does not provide tax advice

7. Acceptable Conduct

You must not:
- spam, or
- send unsolicited marketing
- misrepresent Glammr or the Program
- offer your own incentives without approval
- use deceptive or unlawful practices
- impersonate Glammr staff
Glammr may cancel rewards or remove you from the Program for misuse.

8. Marketing and Brand Use

You may use Glammr’s name and brand solely to promote the Program in accordance with our brand guidelines.
All intellectual property remains owned by Glammr.

9. Program Changes or Termination

Glammr may:
- modify rewards or terms
- suspend or end the Program
- refuse or reverse credits
- disqualify participants
at any time, acting reasonably.
Changes will not affect rewards already validly earned.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glammr’s total liability relating to this Program is limited to the total Referral Credits earned by you in the three months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Referral Terms are governed by the laws ofVictoria, Australia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
